Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 30, 2026
1. Services Overview
NxValue Stack ("Company," "we," "us") provides managed provisioning services that deploy isolated cloud instances ("Nodes") pre-configured with open-source software. NxValue Stack acts strictly as an infrastructure provider.
2. Account & Provisioning Terms
By creating an account or deploying a Node, you agree to supply accurate billing information. Nodes are billed on an hourly or monthly basis as indicated at checkout. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your deployed infrastructure and unique endpoint URIs.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use NxValue Stack infrastructure to execute Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, port scanning, unauthorized network amplification, malware propagation, or any activity violating local or international laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Node or Service engaging in malicious network behavior without prior notice.
4. Infrastructure Isolation & Availability
Nodes operate in isolated Linux container environments. While we maintain target uptime metrics, NxValue Stack does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Network latency, upstream provider outages, or third-party DNS resolution issues are outside our direct control.
5. Trademark Disclaimer
Pi-hole® is a registered trademark of Pi-Hole, LLC. NxValue Stack is an independent hosting platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Pi-Hole, LLC. Use of third-party software within your Node is governed by their respective open-source licenses.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NxValue Stack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service interruptions, loss of DNS resolution, or unauthorized access to user-managed endpoints.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable statutory laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
