Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Consumed Credits

Once services or computational resources have been provisioned against your net balance, consumed funds become strictly non-refundable. Partial refunds for partially consumed top-ups are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Processing & Methods

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method processed via our payment processor. Refunds usually take between 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account statement.
