1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal account information necessary to maintain your account: email address, payment identifiers (processed securely via third-party payment gateways), and account configurations. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.

2. Zero-Payload DNS Logging Policy

NxValue Stack does not monitor, inspect, store, or sell your personal DNS query traffic passing through your isolated Node. All filtering, logging, and caching rules execute inside your isolated container instance. You retain sole access and control over local logs generated within your Node.

3. Infrastructure Diagnostics

Our hypervisor systems record basic operational telemetry (CPU usage, RAM usage, and bandwidth volume) solely to manage platform health, ensure fair hardware allocation, and prevent node abuse.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties or advertising networks. Data is shared exclusively with infrastructure and payment partners necessary to fulfill service operations (e.g., payment processors and data center hosts).

5. Data Deletion

Upon node destruction or account termination, all container volumes, configuration data, and local cache records associated with your instance are permanently deleted from host systems.
